A. For admission to Freshman level with no transfer of credits

An applicant seeking admission for Undergraduate degree program is required to fulfill the following five conditions for admission:

1. High School Grade:

a. Prospective students should have 60% marks in the secondary school of UAE or its equivalent as per International Grade Conversions published by World Education Services Inc. ( www.wes.org ). Students having any equivalent qualification from an institution in UAE must get the documents attested by the Ministry of Education and Youth. For qualifications obtained from abroad, attestation is required from the relevant authorities of that country. An Equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education, UAE is required for students of foreign countries that are not following WES Standards.

b. Seven subjects of IGCSE/GCSE/GCE O-Level with grade 'C' or above / AS-Level with grade 'D' or above / A-Level with grade 'E' or above. All documents require attestation from the competent authorities.

2. English Language Proficiency– An applicant is required to fulfill any one (a-d) of the  following requirements for admission:

a. A minimum score of 500 out of 677 on Institutional Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) or a minimum score of 61 out of 120 on the Internet Based Test (IBT) of TOEFL or a minimum score of 173 on the Computer based TOEFL

b. A minimum score of 5.0 on International English Language Testing System (IELTS-Academic) or

c. A combined minimum score of 625 on the listening and reading comprehension sections of the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) conducted by Educational Testing Services (ETS).

3. Mathematical ability: An applicant is required to score a minimum of 500 on SAT1 or higher in Mathematics or a 60% passing score of Skyline University College placement test in Mathematical ability.

4. An application fee of AED 500/- (non-refundable)

5. In case an applicant does not have score on any above stated standardized English proficiency test and mathematical ability placement test, s/he has to pay the applicable fee as per the fee structure provided by Marketing & Registration Dept.
