MISSION & PURPOSE OF HRD

Mission  

 

 

The mission of HRD Skyline University College is to develop, motivate & maintain a proper blend of dedicated academic individuals of high moral character with passion for education and service & highly professional academic support services staff from a diverse nationalities. The HRD will assist the University College in achieving its vision by developing an environment of positive work and learning culture to enhance quality & size of the organization

 

Purposes

 

To work as an individual and significant department in the organization, which ensure consistent maintenance & improvement of professional environment.

  1. To employ staff from various cultural and educational backgrounds and work experiences, in order to respond to the teaching & administrative challenges posed by college
  2. Enable ongoing motivation & development of each and every employee in the organization.
