MISSION
The mission of the Institutional Research Office is to provide assistance in developing
and overseeing the institutional processes for planning, assessment, evaluation,
and using various established tool with set criteria for continuous improvement
to fulfill the University’s mission and goals.

GOALS |
- To serve as a clearinghouse
for most statistical information about the University
- To assist with planning, developing
operational plans, and implementing assessment activities that align with University
vision, mission, goals and objectives.
- To maintain/coordinate and
implement the institutional effectiveness assessment cycle as per the agreed schedule.
- To assist all Academic and
Academic Support services units with the identification of measures to accomplish
operational goals and objectives.
- To support in the appropriate
planning and evaluation of teaching, research and services.
- To facilitate the performance
evaluation system.
- To provide quantitative data
and analyses which are an integral part of the strategic planning process.
- Provide support in the Staff
and Faculty evaluation system to improve overall employee working output.
