accords all rights
of privacy to students. No individual outside the organization has access, and the
College does not disclose any information from a student's academic and non-academic
records without the constant of student. The exception could be the following:
1.
Another institution, which
the student might be interested to join (on student's request)
2.
Person(s) or organization(s)
providing financial support
3.
Accreditation agencies
4.
Judicial orders
At the discretion of the college, if required, information may be provided regarding
name, age, address, telephone number, date and place of birth, major field of study,
degrees awarded, participation in extra-curricular activities etc. A student may
without release of the above information by submitting a written request to the
Administration.
The student is required to fill an information release from authorizing people to
have access to or receive information.
