•Iftar Party – 25th Sep, 2008
“Small cheer and great welcome makes
a merry feast.” The students enjoyed the delicious cuisine in the Iftar party organized
by the management during the holy month of Ramadan.
•Intro Bash – 16th Oct, 2008
“A senior always feels like the
university is going to the kids.” The sophomore level students organized the Intro
Bash 2006 on 16th November to welcome the “KIDs” with a spirit that “The soul should
always stand ajar, ready to welcome the ecstatic experience”
•Annual Appreciation Day (26th Apr, 2007)
“Appreciation is the memory of the
heart and the virtue which we appreciate, we to some extent appropriate”.
Skyline University College
organised Appreciation day 2007
to recognise the efforts of students, staff and media in organise all round events
in campus.
•Rose Day (12th April,2007)
“The fragrance always stays in the
hand that gives the rose”. With the same feeling students exchanged roses as a gesture
of love and friendship on the Rose Day 2007.
•Skyline Fete (30th Mar, 2007)
Charity alone, or love and compassion,
is what joins [the Lord and a person] together.
Skyline University College
mission is to serve the community
cause along with providing quality training and education. The proceeds collected
from the Skyline fete 2007 were being donated to “Human Appeal International Childhood
and Orphans Care Department”.
•Teacher’s Day (20th Mar, 2007)
“Teachers are those who use themselves
as bridges, over which they invite their students to cross; then having facilitated
their crossing, joyfully collapse, encouraging them to create bridges of their own”.
Skyline Students expressed their debt of gratitude towards their teachers writing
massages for them on teachers day.
•Ethnic Day (1st Feb,2007)
It was a grand display of the cultural
diversity in Skyline Campus when students dressed in their ethnic dresses celebrated
ethnic day on 1st Feb, 07. The Best male ethnic dress and best female ethnic dress
winners were announced. 3. Valentine Day (14th Feb, 2007): It takes more then lace and ribbons
And lovely verses too to make a Valentine that’s nice enough for you. It takes a
world of special thoughts tucked into every line and that’s exactly what the students
did by writing massages for their valentine who could be their mother, father, brother,
sister, friend or.teacher. Person who got maximum massages was chosen as valentine
of the day.
•Alumni meet (30th January,2007)
A university education provides
the tools which craft raw materials (an individual's intellect, imagination and
innate talents) into a vital product (a successful life and career). The Vital Products
of Skyline University College i.e. our Alumni gathered together on Alumni Meet 2007.
As everyone remembered their College days it reminded us of one of the Shakespearean
quotes "Remember to remember."
•U.A.E. National Day Celebration – 30th Nov, 06
“It is the love of country that
has lighted and that keeps the holy fire of patriotism glowing. This love is a splendid
thing. But why should love stop at the border?” Students from various countries,
religions and cultures were able to foster the bonds of trust and friendship through
the UAE national day celebrations.
•Skyline Night Flight – 25th Nov, 06
“Wherever you go, no matter what
the weather, always bring your own sunshine On with the dance! Let joy be unconfined;
No sleep till morn, when Youth and Pleasure meet To chase the glowing hours with
flying feet.” The graduates certainly deserve a splendid party. Watch the radiance

•Arts Day – 2006 – 16th Nov, 06
“Art is an effort to create, beside
the real world, a more human world. It is the desire of a man to express himself,
to record the reactions of his personality to the world he lives in.” Skyline Students
showcase their talent on Arts Day – 2006. The topic for art works was Celebration.
